these are art pieces that will be owned by one person only: the art piece is made for you and you only, no one else will ever own the same artwork as yours.

what payment methods are available?

we currently only accept credit/debit cards, and Vodafone cash: shortly after ordering, you’ll receive either a Paymob payment link from us on your WhatsApp, or a mobile number for Vodafone cash. orders won’t be fulfilled until the payment is completed.

how long does it take for the items to be delivered?

mystery art orders take anywhere from 7-10 days.

where do you ship to?

every place in egypt except for (sinai, new valley and the new administrative capital)

do you ship internationally?

nope. hopefully in the future.

can I return an order?

unfortunately no. all items are made and printed only once for you, and will never be printed again or owned by anyone else. so please make sure you understand the risks.

in case you don’t accept the order from the courier, and after it is returned to us (package closed and not damaged in any way), you’ll get a refund of 50% of your payment after a few days.
